Cancellation Policy

*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE.* If you will be more than 10 minuets late for your appointment, pleased call or text immediately to reschedule. Being more than 15 minuets late will result in a cancellation of your appointment. A new date will need to be set, requiring another deposit.

NO CALL NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY

*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE* If you are more than 10 minuets late and we have not heard from you we will consider you to be a no call no show. We have reserved a special time for you. If you cannot make your appointment please make sure to give us at least a 24-hour minimum notice. If you miss your appointment without any notice you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment (package) price. If this happens more than once you will be dropped as a client.
