Being more than 10 minutes late without a call or text will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your deposit. A new date will need to be set, requiring another deposit.

If you know you will be more than 10 minutes to your appointment on the day of your service, please call or text us immediately to reschedule without losing your deposit. Being more than 10 minutes late without a call or text will cause to you to become a "no call, no show," resulting in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your deposit. A new date for your service will be needed to be set, requiring another deposit.

We have reserved a special time for you. If you cannot make your appointment please make sure to give us at least a 24-hour minimum notice. If you miss your appointment without any notice you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment (package) price. If this happens more than once you will be dropped as a client.

NO CHILDREN POLICY

We are very sorry, but due to safety reasons and limited space we cannot accommodate children in the salon. Please make arrangements before your appointment.
